Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method that focuses on controlled movement and core stability. Exercises engage the deep core and pelvic floor while guiding the spine through fluid, functional ranges of motion. Emphasis on breathwork links mind and body, using slow, precise movements to build strength, length, and control throughout the body.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates focuses on all the same key principles as mat but uses a spring-based machine to add resistance and aid connection during each movement which can be used to challenge as well as support you to achieve the full exercise.
